Prices are Willow Aged Care's Support at Home price guide (Schedule 2, effective 1 May 2026): all prices include worker time, coordination, administration and travel, with no separate administration, package management or travel fees, and a minimum 2 hour visit for community and home-based services. Standard hours are 6am to 6pm with one combined evening and overnight rate. Clinical supports are fully government funded with no participant contribution. Home maintenance, gardening and meal delivery are priced on application through associated providers. When a support worker drives you, the hourly service rate plus a vehicle rate of $0.99 per km applies. AT-HM Tier 3 (complex modifications) runs from $1,000 to $1,350 and above by scope. Cancellations need 2 business days notice or the full rate may be charged.
