1. Who we are

This policy covers Light and Horizon Pty Ltd (ABN 53 688 142 832), trading as Glidance. Reach us via the contact us page about anything in this policy.

2. What we collect

• Site usage data. We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic to the site. It is cookie-free and does not track individual visitors across sites.
• Discrepancy reports.If you use the “Report it” form on a provider's page, we collect the details you enter about the issue, plus your name and email address only if you choose to give them (both fields are optional, and are only used if you'd like a reply).

We do not require an account to use the site, and we do not collect health, financial, or other sensitive information about you.

3. How we use it

To operate and improve the site, and to review and, where you've left an email address, follow up on discrepancy reports.

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. It's processed by the infrastructure providers that host the site (currently Vercel for hosting and analytics, and Neon for the database) solely to deliver the service, under their own privacy and security terms.

5. Data retention

Discrepancy reports are retained for as long as needed to action and audit the report. You can ask us to delete a report you submitted by contacting us with enough detail to identify it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, via the contact us page.

7. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above reflects the latest version.
