Prices are Videri Australia's own Price Guide 2025. Videri runs small household homes of 6 to 10 residents across Sydney's North Shore, Hornsby Shire, Northern Beaches, Hunters Hill, Inner West, Hills District, Eastern Suburbs and Sutherland Shire. Room rental for permanent stays runs from $85 to $450 per day depending on area and room type, plus a $90 per day board fee; no refundable accommodation deposits are required. Care fees and respite stays can be paid privately or partly claimed through a Support at Home package (co-contributions are government set and cannot be waived), and NDIS funding applies for younger residents. An in-person eligibility assessment with a registered nurse and social worker is required before any stay, at $375 per hour plus $1.20 per km travel outside the Sydney metropolitan area. Private hourly services have a 4 hour minimum, standard hours are 9am to 5pm, and cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Extras include haircuts ($40 to $275), Foxtel, newspaper delivery and special family dinners; equipment such as GPS trackers is at cost. Invoicing is monthly in arrears; direct debit is preferred, with a 2% surcharge otherwise, card surcharges of 1.75% (Visa/Mastercard) or 3.5% (Amex/Diners), and a $50 late payment fee plus 10% per annum.
