Uniting Home and Community Care delivers home care across the ACT and Southern Tablelands as part of Uniting NSW.ACT, the community services agency of the Uniting Church. Services span the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the Support at Home program, including nursing, allied health, personal care, domestic assistance, meals, transport, social support and respite, alongside exercise classes and a Seniors Gym program.
⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home prices are Uniting's own price guide effective 1 August 2026: standard hours are 6am to 6pm weekdays with one combined 6pm to 6am rate, and telehealth rates where offered. All visits have a 60 minute minimum except medication assistance and telehealth, and self-managed clients pay a 10% Uniting service fee. Assistive technology and home modifications are priced on application (assistive technology may add a 10% administration cost, home modifications a 15% coordination cost). Nursing consumables, prescribed nutrition, expenses and taxi or rideshare vouchers are charged at agreed market price. CHSP client contributions are from their fee schedule current at 1 July 2026; home maintenance and modification rates are on request. Uniting's respite cottages (Glen Osmond House, Tabratong Cottage, Judy and Alan's Place, Corella Cottage) are located in Sydney, Orange and the Central Coast, and CHSP cottage funding applies weekdays only at Glen Osmond House.
