⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home prices took effect 1 November 2025. Care management is capped at 10% of the Support at Home budget and applied automatically by Services Australia, with no separate package management charge. Transport beyond 100km is charged per km ($2.00 weekday, $3.00 weekend, $4.00 public holiday). Other allied health services are priced upon application, and services outside the approved supplier list are individually negotiated and documented in the service agreement. CHSP prices took effect 1 February 2026; staff travel is $2.00 per km, phone-based companionship (Telelink and Chat-A-Ring) is $10.00 per month, home modification materials are quoted separately, and CHSP services on public holidays, weekends or outside business hours attract a 50% surcharge on the client fee and must be specifically requested.
