Trilogy Care is a self-management style provider: clients choose their own workers and negotiate rates, so prices shown are the most common price charged across clients for each service in the 1 May to 30 June reporting period, the disclosure measure required under the government's Support at Home pricing rules, not a fixed rate card. What you pay may vary with care needs, location and the rates agreed with workers. Two models are offered: Self Managed (headline average $72 per hour for popular services) and Fully Coordinated with a dedicated Care Coordinator (headline average $97 per hour). Self managed home support care management is $120 per hour and restorative care management $150 per hour on weekdays. Where a service shows no price it was not delivered to clients in that model during the reporting period.
