Help at Home by Montefiore Support at Home pricing for August 2026. Hourly and unit prices exclude care management fees, and the rate charged is determined by the time the shift is completed. Weekday personal care and domestic rates are split into daytime, 8pm to midnight and after midnight bands, with separate Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates; registered nursing splits weekdays at 6am to 12pm, 12pm to 6pm and 6pm to 6am. Sleepover shifts are quoted case by case at the personal care night rate plus a $142.10 sleepover allowance per shift. A 24 hour shift includes two blocks of 4 hour support, priced by day from $944.20 (Monday to Friday) to $1786.20 (public holiday to public holiday). Transport shifts are charged at $1.45 per kilometre, with tolls and parking paid by the client. Physiotherapy reports are $209.25 and occupational therapy reports $240.95 in addition to session notes. Massage therapy, dietician, social worker, speech therapy and exercise physiologist prices are available on request.
