Pinnacle Community Services is Temora Shire Council's community services arm, supporting seniors and people with disability across the Temora, Cootamundra and Leeton shires in the NSW Riverina. Prices are Pinnacle Community Services' Support at Home fee schedule, current at 1 November 2025, with weekday hours 5am to 8pm and one combined 8pm to 5am rate. Transport is per trip by distance on weekdays, with other days by negotiation. Allied health practitioners (occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, speech therapy and similar) are $180 to $228 per hour on weekdays; gardening and home maintenance overnight rates are published as $56 to $76 ranges. Government set co-contributions apply per category: clinical care is fully funded for everyone, Independence services attract 5% for full pensioners up to 50% for self funded retirees, and Everyday Living 17.5% up to 80%, with a $130,000 lifetime contribution cap and a no worse off principle for pre November 2025 Home Care Package holders.
