Accent Home Care (a division of TTHA) publishes a Support at Home price list dated 1 November 2025 (updated 19 November 2025). Weekday standard hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Allied health, therapeutic services, group sessions, gardening and home maintenance outside those hours are price on application. Transport with support staff is charged per one way trip in distance tiers across all day bands. Nursing fees include regular consumables like bandages and antiseptics. Care management is covered by the Services Australia 10 percent budget deduction with no co-contribution. Meal delivery is quoted, with Support at Home covering 70 percent of the meal cost less the everyday living contribution. A 10 percent administration fee applies if you choose your own provider for any listed service. Minimum service duration is 1 hour, and cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged in full. AT-HM coordination is up to 15 percent of quoted cost (maximum $1,500) and administration up to 10 percent (maximum $500).
