St Agnes' Care and Lifestyle is the aged care arm of St Agnes' Catholic Parish in Port Macquarie, a not-for-profit parish community that also runs schools, social housing and disability services. Its aged care offering spans home care under the Support at Home program, dementia care, retirement villages and residential care, delivered in and around Port Macquarie on the NSW mid north coast.
⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home schedule of fees effective 1 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 (v1.1). After hours rates apply for services after 7pm and before 6am; Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates are separate. The half hour rate is 50% of the hourly rate, and services can be booked in 15 minute increments after 30 minutes. Allied health, therapeutic and wraparound services are priced for standard hours. Direct transport is charged per trip: $37 under 10km, $75 for 10 to 20km, $120 for 20 to 30km, and $4 per km for longer distances. Meal delivery ranges from $4 (light standard) to $19 (main deluxe) per meal. Pastoral care and buddy services are free of charge. Most people pay a client co-contribution determined by Services Australia, invoiced monthly. From 1 July 2026 the Government will cap fees and charges for all Support at Home providers.
