Pricing schedule as at 1 July 2026. Standard hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 6pm; non-standard hours are Monday to Friday 6pm to 6am, with separate Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates. Care management is $120 per hour and restorative care or end of life care management is $160 per hour, weekday standard hours. Nursing care consumables, meal delivery, indirect transport and expenses to maintain personal affairs are charged at cost. Direct transport with a worker is charged per one way trip by distance, from $38 (0 to 10km) up to $420 (over 150km). All listed allied health practitioners share a single $220 per hour daytime rate; allied health assistance is $165 per hour and group services $30 per hour. Assistive technology coordination is 10% of item cost capped at $500, home modifications coordination 15% capped at $1,500.
