Every rate includes travel and is tiered by distance from their base (within 15km up to 120km for nursing and home support, up to 60km for personal care and social support), with weekday service hours 6am to 8pm and penalty rates included in the Saturday, Sunday and public holiday columns. Short service rates cover visits up to 30 minutes. Care management is $155 per hour on weekdays, funded by the standard 10% quarterly budget deduction. Home support covers light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and meal preparation; heavy lifting, deep cleaning, home repairs and complex meal catering are not included.
