⚠ Pricing note
Prices are Silverchain's east coast schedules covering NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT, TAS and SA: the Support at Home price list from 1 July 2026 and the CHSP contribution schedule from 1 July 2025 (a separate WA price list exists for their Western Australia services). Standard hours are weekdays 6am to 6pm, weeknights 6pm to 6am are one combined rate, and prices exclude GST with visits over an hour charged pro rata. Insulin nursing visits are 15 minute visits ($132 weekdays up to $232 public holidays, charged per visit). Everyday nursing consumables are included; specialised products use the package budget. Care management ($175 per hour, restorative $265) is funded from the 10% Services Australia deduction with no out of pocket cost, charged in 15 minute increments. Quoted individually: other allied health and therapeutic services, other social support, trips over 60 minutes, indirect transport, meal delivery, garden and home maintenance, and CHSP home modifications. CHSP transport also carries a $1.50 per km rate beyond 20km. From 1 October 2026 the government fully funds Personal Care services under Support at Home with no co-contribution. Cancellations need 48 hours notice.
