Rates are from Partner with Care's own price guide, indicative and current as at August 2026. Partner with Care is a self-managed Support at Home model: a local partner business delivers and invoices each service while Partner with Care provides the registered provider layer, so the final rate depends on which partner delivers the service and your assessed classification. Care management is 10% of the monthly package and a 10% processing charge applies to partner invoices; both come out of the package, not your own account. There are no setup, exit or switching fees. Where no rate is shown for after hours, weekends or public holidays the provider does not publish one for that day type. Overnight personal care is priced individually.
