⚠ Pricing note
Prices from Parkglen's Support at Home price list effective 1 July 2026, subject to change with 14 days notice. Standard hours are 6am to 8pm and after hours 8pm to midnight; overnight (midnight to 6am) rates are not published. Minimum visit is 1 hour on working days and 2 hours on weekends and public holidays (which can cover multiple services); clinical supports have a 30 minute minimum. Meal delivery is 70% funded by Support at Home at $6 small and $12 large per meal. Assistive technology attracts a fee of 10% of cost capped at $500, home modifications 15% capped at $1,500. Transport (direct, or taxi and rideshare) is charged at trip cost plus a 10% administration uplift; third party services and purchased goods also carry a 10% uplift. Prices exclude GST (GST applies to customer funded services). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are billed in full.
