Omnicare Alliance is a registered charity with more than 30 years of experience supporting seniors across the NSW Mid North Coast, from Forster to Sawtell, from its base in Port Macquarie. Its services include Support at Home care, meal delivery, nursing, community transport, dementia day respite and NDIS disability support.
⚠ Pricing note
Prices from Omnicare's Support at Home pricing schedule effective 1 April 2026, set in line with government advised national median pricing and charged in 15 minute increments. Published rates are for weekdays 6am to 6pm; after hours, weekend and public holiday services are quoted individually. Allied health and other therapeutic services, home maintenance and repairs, gardening, home modifications, and Short Term Pathways services (assistive technology, end of life, restorative care) are quoted case by case after consultation. Under Support at Home each delivered meal draws $15.60 from the package plus a client contribution per item: standard main meal $4.70, mini main $3.10, sandwich $3.10 to $4.15, salads $2.60 to $4.15, soup or dessert $2.10. Nursing supplies are quoted separately. External goods and services purchases attract a 10% administration fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged.
