⚠ Pricing note
Rates are as of 1 August 2026 and apply to services delivered by My Guardian staff across Support at Home, Home Care Package, brokerage and private arrangements; fees vary where external contractors or associated providers deliver the service. The care management fee is up to 10 percent of the package value. Services under 60 minutes are priced on application, GST is added where applicable, and cancellations need 24 hours notice on business days or 100 percent of the agreed fee applies. Participant contributions are means-tested (Clinical 0 percent for everyone; Independence 5 to 50 percent; Everyday Living 17.5 to 80 percent), and do not apply to clients grandfathered from Home Care Packages received before 12 September 2024.
