Care and restorative care management are also billed in 15 and 45 minute steps ($56/$126 and $84/$178.50 respectively). Group social support is $90 to $110 per half day and $110 to $210 per full day activity, with overnight group support quoted. Inactive sleepovers (10pm to 6am), nursing consumables, prescribed nutrition, expenses to maintain personal affairs and home maintenance expenses are per quote. Assistive technology carries an administrative fee of 10 percent capped at $500 and home modifications a coordination fee of 15 percent capped at $1500. Transport band 5 (100km plus) is per quote; band prices include the worker's time and kilometres. Meal delivery desserts carry a $2 client ingredient expense. Prices may be reviewed up to twice per financial year with 28 days written notice, higher prices can be agreed for remote or complex situations, and self-managed services through associated providers attract the provider's rate plus a self-management surcharge of up to 10 percent.
