⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home rates effective 1 July 2026, exclusive of GST. Hourly services have a 1 hour minimum booking. Rates are published in five bands: weekday (6am to 6pm), after hours, Saturday, Sunday and public holiday. Weekday transport is charged each way by distance: $55 under 10km, $75 for 11 to 50km, $95 for 51 to 100km; trips over 100km are quoted using $2.50 per km as a reference point. Counselling or psychotherapy, prescribed nutrition, continence aids, expenses to maintain personal affairs, community and centre based respite, indirect transport, home maintenance expenses and meal delivery are quoted prices. Assistive technology carries up to a 10% administrative charge (maximum $500) and home modifications up to 15% (maximum $1500) on the quoted price. If you receive ongoing services, 10% of your quarterly budget is set aside by Services Australia for care management. Clinical support services are fully government funded; independence and everyday living services may require a contribution based on income and assets.
