Livable Limited (Livable At Home - Aged Care Services) is a Grafton-based not-for-profit delivering CHSP and Support at Home services across the Clarence Valley, Coffs Coast and Port Macquarie/Hastings regions (food services/Meals on Wheels in Grafton only, personal care, household assistance, transport, gardening, allied health coordination, respite, social clubs).
⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home prices are Livable's stated minimums (last updated May 2026); the schedule also publishes a 60 day average 'common price' per service, and in some regional areas an additional loading may apply to the final unit price. Weekday bands run 6am to 8pm, 8pm to midnight and midnight to 6am; therapeutic and allied health services are weekday business hours (9am to 5pm). Services marked as delivered by an associated provider include domestic assistance, home maintenance, meal delivery and nursing. Meal delivery and direct transport beyond 91km are individually quoted, and indirect transport (taxi or rideshare) is charged per trip at the agreed market price. Care management is $150 per hour prorated in 15 minute increments and capped at 10 percent of the quarterly budget. CHSP participant contributions (effective 18 May 2026) are flat rates with flexibility and a financial hardship process if circumstances change.
