Latrobe Community Health Service's Support at Home price list dated November 2025. Hourly rates are banded 6am to 6pm, after hours, weekends and public holidays. Direct allied health visits are priced by round trip distance from the clinic; trips above 90 km are quoted and agreed in writing, and assisted travel beyond 100 km (tiers 6 to 18) ranges from $370 to $1700 depending on distance and day, quoted on request. Care management is $120 per hour. Cancellations need 48 hours notice or a fee applies. Fees may rise up to twice per financial year with at least 14 days notice.
