KNC Care is the trading name of Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre, a community-led not-for-profit that has served Sydney's upper North Shore since 1979. Based at St Ives Shopping Centre on Mona Vale Road, it supports seniors through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme and the Support at Home program, alongside NDIS disability support and its wider neighbourhood centre activities.
⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home prices are KNC Care's own Schedule of Funding and Fees, effective 1 July 2026. Standard hours rates apply on weekdays with a separate after 6pm rate, plus Saturday and Sunday rates; public holidays are charged at cost plus 10% rather than a fixed rate. Lines starting with KNC are delivered by KNC's own staff, while the Higher and Lower lines are their brokered partner rates. The care management fee is 10%, and self managed clients are charged 10% of the actual cost of each service. Transport is by taxi or Cabcharge voucher only and, like meals and consumables, is charged at market price plus 10%. Cancellations need 24 hours notice or a charge applies. CHSP co-payments are published separately and were captured from KNC's CHSP schedule of fees.
