⚠ Pricing note
Support at Home: the evening rate covers 8pm to 6am, a minimum 30 minute charge applies to all services, and care management requires a minimum of 15 minutes monthly with 10 percent of the quarterly budget allocated automatically. Assistive technology coordination is up to 10 percent of item cost or $500 (whichever is lower) and home modifications up to 15 percent or $1500. Associated providers may charge higher rates agreed beforehand, and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the full fee. Client contributions: clinical supports 0 percent, independence and everyday living 5 to 80 percent means tested. CHSP (contribution rates effective 1 May 2026): all services have a one hour minimum, and transport is charged at $0.99 per km beyond 15km each way, with subcontractor travel time billed separately at $20 per hour where it applies.
