Happy Living operates a self-managed Support at Home model. A 10 percent care management fee is deducted from the quarterly budget, with care management delivered weekdays 6am to 6pm at $156.10 per hour. Restorative Care Management and End-of-Life Care Management are each $207.90 per hour on weekdays 6am to 6pm. Services are delivered by associate providers of your choice, priced at the associate provider's actual cost plus up to 10 percent administration. Home modification coordination costs up to 15 percent of quoted cost (maximum $1,500) and assistive technology administration up to 10 percent (maximum $500). One hour of service minimum, then 15 minute blocks. Prices valid from 1 July 2026.
