Standard hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 6pm; the out of hours rate covers 6pm to 7am. A 30 minute minimum charge applies at the listed 30 minute rates. Social support, respite and one way transport are priced by distance travelled. Yard maintenance (lawn mowing and similar) is charged at invoice cost plus 10 percent. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged in full, except at short notice for hospital admission (no fee), and there are no exit fees. Income and means tested fees determined by the government are advised and invoiced separately if applicable. Fees apply from 1 November 2025 and are reviewed in January and June 2026 with one month's written notice of changes.
