Prices are Gratitude Home Care's own Support at Home fee schedule, effective 1 July 2026, provided directly by the provider. Their model is one all-inclusive rate per service with no platform, operational or package management fees, and automatic Utilisation Saver discounts: the Standard rate shown is the published cap, dropping to about 6.5% off (around $115 an hour for most services) when you use 60% to 90% of your plan, and about 12.5% off (around $105) at 90% plus, set on rolling 3 month utilisation and reviewed quarterly. Gardening stays $110 at every tier; meal delivery falls to $33 and $31 per meal, and transport to $67 and $63 per trip. Podiatry and other allied health range from $205 to $235 an hour. For non-clinical services delivered after hours, surcharges apply per the SCHADS Award: 15% extra weekdays 8pm to 6am, 40% Saturdays, 80% Sundays and 120% public holidays, with a whole shift charged at the higher rate once it crosses into a penalty period. Client co-payments for full pensioners: nothing for clinical care, 5% for independence services (personal care moves to $0 from 1 October 2026) and 17.5% for everyday living, with the government subsidy paying the rest up to your assessed budget. Care management is capped at 10% of budget. Self managed clients engaging their own providers pay a 10% invoice processing fee, cancellations with less than 24 hours notice can be charged in full, complex care is priced individually, and all prices are GST free and within the Support at Home price caps. Final fees are confirmed in each Service Agreement.
