Grand Pacific Health is a not-for-profit healthcare organisation based in Wollongong, delivering care from more than 20 locations across NSW and the ACT. Alongside its primary health, mental health and allied health programs it delivers aged care at home under the Support at Home program, listed on My Aged Care as GPH Support at Home, with a published price guide. Its Commonwealth Home Support Programme allied health services for First Nations people are delivered in partnership with the Indigenous Allied Collaborative and Rivmed.
⚠ Pricing note
Prices are Grand Pacific Health's own Support at Home price guide (published August 2026, headed effective 1 November 2025). Weekday rates cover 6am to 6pm with a separate after hours rate, plus Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates; transport is per trip in three distance tiers. Gardening is quoted before work begins, with additional costs possible for larger areas and green waste removal, and services outside the guide (such as one-off deep cleans) are quoted for acceptance first. A 10% care management fee is deducted from your quarterly budget. Client contributions are set by Services Australia after means testing: nothing for clinical services, 5% to 50% for independence supports and 17.5% to 80% for everyday living, depending on your circumstances. Where an associated provider delivers a service on GPH's behalf, GST may be included in the price. The Support at Home team is on 1800 315 101, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
