Prices are Glow Health Care Australia's own Support at Home fee schedule, effective 1 November 2025. Standard hours are 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday, with one non-standard rate covering 6pm to 6am weekdays, and separate Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates. Shopping and community access services attract $1.50 per km on top of the hourly rate. Lawns and gardens, home maintenance, assistive technology and home modifications are quoted individually. If you engage your own worker, up to 10% of the worker's cost is included in the price for checks, training and payment processing; goods and services from external providers, including therapies like chiropractic or remedial massage, are billed at the invoice total with GST plus a 10% administration fee. Cancellations notified after 5pm the day before a service incur the full fee (no fee with more than 24 hours notice, or for hospital and residential respite leave). Not all services are available in all areas, and the schedule notes government price caps apply from 1 July 2026.
