Dovida Geelong's Support at Home service fees are effective 1 July 2026. Hourly services have a 2 hour minimum, with a higher rate for services under 2 hours. Weekday day means a service starting at or after 6am and finishing at or before 8pm; weekday afterhours means starting before 6am or finishing after 8pm. Transport within a 30km return trip is included in the service rate; travel premiums of $64 (31 to 50km), $116 (51 to 100km) and $155 (over 100km) are added when the caregiver drives further. The 12 hour sleepover includes an inactive 8 hour rest period with up to 1 hour of wake time, and 24 hour live-in care includes up to 8 hours of care. Clinical supports (nursing $148.50 to $473.79 per hour, physiotherapy $132 to $338.80, podiatry $93.50 to $387.20, occupational therapy $200 to $526.35 and others), home maintenance ($99 to $120 per hour) and therapeutic services (acupuncture $105 to $157.30, chiropractic $176 to $329.12, osteopathy $110 to $169.40, remedial massage $115.50 to $264.01) are delivered by external partners at quoted ranges agreed before booking. Care management uses the 10 percent quarterly budget allocation.
