Rates are per hour based on a two hour service unless otherwise noted; single hour visits may be available from $150 per hour on weekdays depending on needs. The worked evening rate covers 8pm to 6am. Sleepovers are an eight hour service including one hour of active work, must be booked with a four hour service immediately before or after, and extra active time is charged at the worked evening rate in 15 minute increments. Live in care (packages from 30 hours per week) is priced on application. A distance tiered travel premium is added to the service rate when the caregiver provides transport. Care management funding is pooled and used flexibly under Support at Home. Additional care services (nursing, allied health, meal delivery, home maintenance) are delivered through approved associated providers with prices inclusive of administration fees, and may change. Co-contributions may apply per Services Australia, and a 24 hour cancellation policy applies. Prices effective 1 July 2026.
