Community Care Options Limited (Coffs Harbour) delivers Support at Home, CHSP, transitional aged care, disability plan management, personal care, clinical nursing, respite, domestic assistance and transport for seniors, people with dementia, veterans and people with disability.
⚠ Pricing note
Weekday hours are 7am to 6pm; the after hours rate (shown as the weekday evening band) applies outside those hours. Services start from 30 minute blocks. Under Support at Home, 10 percent of the quarterly budget is allocated to care management. Client contributions are means-tested: Clinical Supports 0 percent for everyone, Independence 5 to 50 percent and Everyday Living 17.5 to 80 percent. Assistive technology is quoted plus up to a 10 percent administrative fee (capped at $500) and home modifications plus up to 15 percent (capped at $1500). Prescribed nutrition, personal-affairs expenses and home maintenance expenses are quoted; indirect transport can be covered by taxi or rideshare vouchers. Where a contractor delivers a service below the published price cap, only the contractor's price plus a processing fee is charged. Cancellations within 2 business days may be charged at the full rate. Prices effective 1 May 2026.
