⚠ Pricing note
Care management is charged at 10 percent of the Support at Home subsidy, with the hourly equivalents shown in the fee table. The weekday evening rate covers 8pm to 6am (one combined evening and overnight band). Transport also incurs a charge of $1.70 per km in all bands. Home modification, home maintenance, equipment and products may be quotation based; a quote including any overheads is provided for consent before proceeding. Client contributions are means-tested: Clinical Supports 0 percent for everyone, Independence 5 to 50 percent and Everyday Living 17.5 to 80 percent depending on pension status. Prices are current as of 1 November 2025 and reviewed annually.
