⚠ Pricing note
Three price guides apply from 1 August 2026: Support at Home, CHSP client contributions and Private Home Care Services. Support at Home rates marked Associated Provider are for Catholic Healthcare preferred providers; choosing your own associated provider is charged at invoice rate plus 10%. In-service travel is charged per trip by distance, from $15 (under 10km) to $75 (40 to 50km). Purchases of equipment and consumables are charged at invoice cost plus a 10% processing fee. In-home overnight respite under Support at Home is on application. CHSP home modifications are quoted, with an annual cap of $15,000, and CHSP transport (pick up and drop off) is $5 per 10km with travel over 20km at $1.50 per km. Cancellations within 48 hours notice incur $20, or the full service rate with less notice.
