Prices are Care Forward's own Private Schedule of Fees, July 2025, for privately funded services: standard weekday rates with evening (finishing after 8pm or starting before 8am), Saturday, Sunday and public holiday rates where published. Some lines include GST (marked) while care and clinical services are GST free. Availability varies between their Tasmanian regions: home and garden maintenance and occupational therapy are not offered in the North, social work is not offered in the South, and remedial massage is South only. A travel charge of $1.30 per km applies from the regional office (return trip), allied health consultations other than massage have a one hour minimum, and pro rata fees apply for documentation, liaison and client specific research. A Support at Home fee schedule has not been published: their government funded schedule on file prices the former Home Care Package program (1 July 2025, package levels 1 to 4) which Support at Home replaced in November 2025; contact Care Forward on 1300 364 876 for current government funded pricing.
