Bolton Clarke is a national not-for-profit that has been caring for Australians since 1885, formed from RSL Care Queensland and the Royal District Nursing Service Victoria. ⚠ Pricing note
Prices are Bolton Clarke's national Support at Home pricing schedule as at 1 July 2026 (last updated 11 August 2026), GST exclusive, with standard hours 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Rates are per hour except the 30 minute insulin and medication nursing visits, per-trip direct transport, and per-meal delivery; most services bill 60 minutes then 15 minute increments. For ongoing services the government automatically sets aside 10% of the quarterly budget for care management; restorative and end of life care management are $185 per hour. Priced on request: nursing consumables, prescribed nutrition, cultural support, digital education, expenses to maintain personal affairs, indirect transport, home maintenance and repairs, and meal delivery. Allied health, most therapeutic services, group programs, gardening and centre respite publish standard hours rates only. Cancellations need two business days notice or full fees apply. Hardship assistance is available for contributions. CHSP client contributions are from Bolton Clarke's Queensland schedule as at 1 July 2026 (contributions are published per state), GST exclusive, billed at 60 minutes then 15 minute increments for hourly services. Transport beyond 10km and social support beyond 20km each incur an additional $2.06 per kilometre. Hardship assistance is available; cancellations need two business days notice or full fees apply.
