Rates effective 1 July 2026. Benetas charges no basic daily fee, no set up fee and no exit fee. Care Management is charged at $150 per hour and Clinical Case Management at $176 per hour. Direct carer services (personal care, cleaning and laundry, in-home respite, meal preparation) share one rate set, with social connection and shopping slightly higher. Nursing time is billed at 30 minutes, then 1 hour, then 15 minute increments. A 10 percent administration fee applies to brokered (associated provider) services, and associated provider common prices are updated quarterly. Social connection and shopping services beyond 10km attract additional charges as quoted. Assistive technology, home modification products and several equipment categories are charged at market price. CHSP client contributions (fees effective 1 July 2026) are income tested: low and medium income maxima are published, and high income clients pay full cost recovery under the separate private fee schedule. Benetas delivers CHSP in Hepburn Shire, Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Metropolitan Melbourne, Gippsland and the Macedon Ranges, and not every region provides every service (their schedule includes a region by region availability table). CHSP nursing is a flat rate per visit for low and medium income ranges and hourly for high income, with a 30 minute minimum visit. Veterans Home Care co-payments are $5 per hour, capped at $5 per week for domestic assistance and $10 per week for personal care.
