⚠ Pricing note
The weekday evening rate covers 7pm to 6am (the schedules publish one combined evening and overnight band). Minimum billing is 30 or 60 minutes depending on the service. For Support at Home, care management is 10% of the quarterly budget, and client contributions are means-tested: Clinical Supports 0% for everyone; Independence 5% to 50% and Everyday Living 17.5% to 80% depending on pension status; grandfathered Home Care Package clients have total costs capped at their income tested fee amount (prices effective 1 November 2025). A separate private fee for service schedule (effective 1 February 2026) applies to privately funded clients: care management and administration are included in those rates, there is no exit fee, and private transport is billed at the accompanied activities hourly rate plus $1.80/km.
