Anglican Community Services (trading as Anglicare Sydney, Macquarie Park NSW) is the Sydney Anglican diocese's aged/community care organisation - distinct from 'Anglican Care' (Newcastle diocese, Booragul). Support at Home pricing is banded by everyday living/independence/clinical support category and by day (standard weekday, evening, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday); 10% of the service cost/quarterly budget goes to care management, deducted by government.

Support at Home fee schedule effective 1 July 2026. Personal care, social support and in-home respite $135.15 per hour at standard weekday hours, $145.60 on weekday evenings, $187.50 Saturday, $208.45 Sunday and $261.90 public holidays. Domestic assistance $114.20 per hour weekdays, with approved cleaning partners at a fixed $104 per hour. Nursing $224.25 to $576 per hour, allied health $251.50 per hour. Direct transport is charged per trip by distance band from $91.15. Care management is 10% of the quarterly budget. Services under one hour attract a 25% surcharge. CHSP care contributions (effective 1 July 2024) range from $9 per trip for transport to $55 per night for cottage respite.
